We offer 100% online degrees in A.A.S. Early Childhood, B.S. Early Childhood, and B.S. Early Childhood Education (Utah Educator License preK-3), all accredited nationally, along with an MEd degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Education & Care, and a minor in Child Development.

Department of Child and Family Studies
The mission of the Department of Child and Family Studies is to prepare Early Childhood and Family Life Educators to positively transform our community and society. Our vision is that we aspire to enrich the lives of all children and families in our community and society.
During the Education Building renovation May 2023 91¶ÌÊÓƵ through May 2025, we are moved to Portables M7 (main office) and M5 (faculty office).
Family Studies
Our Family Studies programs offer a 100% online B.S. degree in Family Studies, an MEd degree in Family Life Education, and a minor in Family Studies. You will be eligible to apply for national certification as a provisional Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE).

Laboratory Early Learning Programs
The Melba S. Lehner Children's School and the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Charter Academy provide quality care and education for young children infancy through kindergarten age. These two program serve as an on-campus field experience site and research lab for 91¶ÌÊÓƵ students and faculty.
