Most of our graduates work in high schools and/or outpatient rehabilitation clinics.

The 91¶ÌÊÓƵ MSAT program has a large variety of clinical rotations including NCAA Division I and Division II sports programs, high school sports programs, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, general medical clinics, and professional sports teams. Absolutely! Contact graduate program director Conrad Gabler at ConradGabler@weber.edu to schedule a meeting and tour of our facilities.
Is there an office on campus to assist international students?
Yes. The International Student and Scholar Center assists international students. Other information for international applicants to the MSAT program can be found on our international applicants page.
What will my schedule look like once I am in the MSAT program?
Classes are typically in the mornings to allow you to attend your clinical rotation in the afternoon. Students have enough free time for a part-time job, but we do not recommend full-time employment while enrolled in the MSAT Program.
Does the program offer graduate assistantships?
We do not directly offer graduate assistantships, but some may be available from the athletics department for work such as marketing and sports information. A variety of work-study positions are also available, including positions for research assistants, teaching assistants, strength and conditioning staff, fitness arena staff and many other positions on campus. All positions can be found through jobs.weber.edu.
How do applicants submit letters of recommendation?
While the student completes their application in ATCAS, they will be asked to enter some basic information (e.g.. name, email, address) for each person who will be submitting a letter of recommendation for the student in the evaluations section of the application. Each of those individuals will receive an email directly from ATCAS. Please advise each individual to look for this email in their inbox, as well as their spam or junk-mail folder, as emails do occasionally get filtered out. Each person will then click on the link in the email they received and upload their letter of recommendation for you and rate you on a list of characteristics, such as communication and ethics.
REMINDER: At least one of the two individuals must be a college-level instructor/faculty member.
