The Utah Office of Energy Development (OED) is excited to announce the continuation of our paid Energy Pathways Internship program for the Spring of 2025!
OED is seeking an intern to join the State Energy Program (SEP) team, assisting in advancing energy initiatives throughout the state of Utah via education, collaboration, research and outreach. The Energy Pathways Intern will work within the State Energy Program (SEP), funded by the U.S. Department of Energy. This position offers valuable insight into the complexities of the energy industry, the nuances of energy policy and planning, and the experts behind the work.
We encourage you to inform students about this rewarding opportunity. Interested candidates can apply through our when the application opens on November 1st. Applications close November 30th.

This internship will run from January to April. Hybrid/telework options are available with a minimum of two days in office per week if schedules allow.
Applications for the Spring internship will be open throughout the month of November, with interviews conducted in December/Early January.
